About
Bubukee Aggelos Pyrsos, was proclaimed male at birth and brought up in the post-dictatorship capital of Greece Athens in 76 where s/he acquired her/his elementary education alongside an interest in politics. At the age of 18 s/he immigrated to Scotland in Stirling to study psychology as a science. Upon completion and disillusioned with the scientific doctrine s/he made a romantic turn towards obtaining a PGDip in Humanistic Counselling at the warmer climate of Bristol that also proved to be short-lived, due to an incompatible infatuation with philosophy and post-structuralism. For reasons that are unexplained s/he continued to complete a Masters in counselling and after finishing her/his studies, travelled in India where s/he broke her/his spinal column spending the last 10 years of her/his life objectified on a tour of hospitals while enrolling on an EdD course in Narrative Inquiry, also in Bristol. In the last year s/he has managed to repair his/her spine and abstain from hospitals altogether and decided that s/he is actually a trans gendering subjectivity with an interest in auto ethnography. Currently s/he is studying at Bristol as a first year Déjà vu student for a PhD with a particular interest in Performative Inquiry and coming to terms with the idea that identity is a relational activity.
