I am professional counsellor and workshop facilitator specialising in dealing with workplace behaviours especially bullying.
I have recently completed my MSc and have commenced my PhD research into the impact of accusations of bullying on individuals in the workplace. This is being carried out using the lens of mimetic theory and especially the work of Oughourlian, Girard with a smattering of Levinas thrown into the mix.
